Yes — this is the Standard package. I build a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline that lets the bot pull accurate answers from your own PDFs, docs, or website pages. This means it answers questions about your specific business, not just generic information.
Q3. Which platforms can the chatbot be added to?
Any website or web app — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React, Next.js, plain HTML, or a custom backend. I deliver an embeddable widget or API endpoint depending on your setup. Just tell me your platform when you message me.
