Can you build any custom sections for me?
We absolutely can! If you can imagine it we can build it for you. And if you see a website or websites that have something you want to replicate, regardless of the platform, we can replicate it for you. Just let us know by sending us a message.
Is your price negotiable?
Yes, our prices are negotiable, however, our minimum price is our $950 due to the man-hours and premium services that our Shopify Developers provide. Please feel free to contact us for queries and custom quotes.
Will you provide my store with a premium theme?
All store owners must buy their own premium themes (or use a free one!). This is because when you purchase the theme, you then receive a license to use it. Without that license, you run the risk of Shopify shutting down your website.
Why is your price higher than other sellers?
Unlike many other sellers on Fiverr, we are a full team of Shopify developers and graphic designers who are also verified Shopify experts. This means that not only do you get the exact website you envision but you get the full expertise of Shopify too.
Is support included in the price?
Yes, each build comes complete with varying support hours should you need our help with anything Shopify-related. Our GOLD & PLATINUM packages come with unlimited ongoing support at no extra cost.
Does your service a include refund, if I'm not satisfied?
This is rare, but in case it does, our service includes revisions, so we can help get your store to where it needs to be.
Once the order is delivered, am I able to manage the website myself?
Yes, you will be able to manage it by yourself. If you have any questions regarding the management of your new site, you can simply reach out to us and we will help guide you in the right direction with walkthrough videos and advice from our Shopify expert team.
Why do you offer only 1-50 products?
We cater for stores of all sizes, if you require more than 50 products simply message us and we will adjust our pricing plans to fit your needs.
