Is your price negotiable?
Yes, our prices are negotiable, however, we do have a minimum price package due to the man-hours and premium services that we provide. Please feel free to contact us for queries and custom quotes.
Is support included in the price?
Yes, each build comes complete with varying support hours should you need our help with anything Shopify-related. We also offer monthly support retainers on request. Our PLATINUM package comes with unlimited ongoing support so you can message us at any time.
Does your service include a refund, if I'm not satisfied?
This is rare, but in case it does, our service includes revision, so we can eliminate your inconvenience together.
Once the order is delivered, am I able to manage the website myself?
Yes, you will be able to manage it by yourself. If you have any questions regarding the management of your new site, you can simply reach out to us and we will help guide you in the right direction with walkthrough videos and expert advice.
Why do you offer only 1-50 products?
We cater for stores of all sizes, if you require more than 50 products simply message us and we will adjust our pricing plans to fit your needs.
Will you provide my store with a premium theme?
Shopify requires all store owners to purchase a premium theme (or use a free theme!). This is because when you purchase the theme you then receive a license to use it. Without that license, you run the risk of Shopify shutting your website down.
Are custom branded graphics included?
Yes! Unlike other sellers, we have a dedicated in-house graphics team that works to provide high-quality branded graphics for your store. We believe that branding is essential to any successful store so we include this in every package.
