How long will the production take?
The delivery time is normally 10-14 days. The delivery times are quoted from the time I receive your item NOT from the point of order. This means you should place your order before I have the item we will have to extend the delivery time accordingly once the item arrives with me.
Do you need the items shipping to you?
Yes in order for me to create this style of Product video I will physically need the item shipping to me. I am based in the Nepal. Please ensure you can ship the item to me before you place your order. Please be aware of any Customs Fees.
Why is there are a Customs / Import fee on my package?
Customs Fees and VAT are payable on items that have been marked with a value over £18. To avoid issues with customs you can mark your item as a "Gift" with value of less than £18. This article explains more. It is the BUYERS responsibility to pay any "Fees". ARTICLE: https://bit.ly/2zw2QW
Do you offer script writing?
I do offer script writing services for an additional charge of $25. If you require a voiceover for your video you will need to supply your script. A 30 sec video requires 75 words MAX. A 60sec Video required 150 words MAX.
Can I avoid Customs Fees?
In an effort to avoid customs fees you can mark your item as a "Gift" with a value of less that £18 (GBP). If you mark the item at the full value and fees are payable it will be YOUR responsibility to pay these fees in order to have the item released.
Are the videos guaranteed to be accepted with Amazon/Facebook
I do not guarantee approval by Amazon/Facebook. Amazon/Facebook provide guidelines for your videos and you should review these BEFORE you order and submit your script. It is your responsibility to provide the script for any voiceovers. I am not responsible for Approval.
