About this Gig
Are your Shopify emails or Klaviyo flows hitting the spam folder?
With the strict domain authentication rules implemented by Google and Yahoo, if your store uses a custom sending domain without the correct backend security keys, your order confirmations and marketing campaigns will go straight to spam. This destroys customer trust and kills your revenue.
I will fix your Shopify email deliverability issues by manually setting up your technical DNS authentication protocols.
What I will do for your store:
- SPF Setup: Authorize Shopify and marketing apps to send emails safely.
- DKIM Setup: Add cryptographic keys to verify your brand identity.
- DMARC Policy: Implement the required protection to stop spam flags.
- Shopify Domain Verification: Clean your connection to fix the ugly "via shopify" text.
- Klaviyo Fix & Authentication: Protect your automated flows.
I work seamlessly with GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Hostinger, and Google Workspace. Get this resolved with a fast, professional 24-hour delivery before losing another sale.

FAQ
Why did my email address change to store@shopifyemail.com?
Gmail and Yahoo require domain authentication. Without a valid DMARC record, Shopify rewrites your sender address to prevent permanent blocks. I will fix your DNS keys so your store emails display your clean, branded domain name again.
Will this fix both my Shopify and Klaviyo emails?
Yes! Missing SPF/DKIM records affect your entire domain. I will update your DNS manager to fully align and authenticate your sending domain inside both Shopify and Klaviyo or Mailchimp so your automated flows skip the spam folder.
How do we securely handle the access needed for setup?
Security is top priority. Please share access details safely on the official Fiverr Order Page after purchasing. You can also use secure tools like GoDaddy Delegate Access or a Shopify collaborator invite without sharing passwords.
Does this gig include clearing a blacklisted domain?
This gig covers the technical infrastructure setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). If your domain is already blacklisted, technical authentication is the critical first step to recovery, but improving inbox placement will still require a warm-up strategy
How long does it take for the spam issue to stop?
I complete the backend DNS configuration within 24 hours. While global servers and email providers usually recognize the new security keys within 2 to 24 hours, your store infrastructure will be protected immediately.
