What do you need from me to start?
The repository (or a minimal copy of the relevant files), the exact command you run, and the full error output.
What counts as one issue?
One failing behavior with one root cause. If diagnosis reveals a second, separate root cause, I will tell you before doing anything and offer a custom order for it.
Do you need access to my server?
Usually not; most Docker issues reproduce locally from the files. If host access is genuinely required, create a temporary user or credential and revoke it after delivery.
My code is private. Is that okay?
Yes. Share a private repo invite or a stripped-down reproduction. I do not reuse or share client code.
Can you also secure my containers?
Basic hygiene (non-root user, pinned base images, no baked-in secrets) is part of Standard and Premium. A dedicated security review is available as a separate gig.
