I will build a fast SEO ready website for your business
Edgar H.
About this gig
Need a website that actually brings you clients? I build fast, modern websites for small businesses, ready to rank on Google from day one.
I am the founder of By Lumos, a small software studio. I have designed and launched real products: online stores, booking platforms, management apps and corporate websites for companies, all live and used by real customers.
WHAT YOU GET
A custom design adapted to your brand, not a generic template.
Mobile-first and very fast, built with Next.js and React.
SEO setup: meta tags, sitemap, structured data and Google Search Console.
Contact or quote form, WhatsApp button and Google Maps.
Hosting setup and launch on your domain.
Clear communication in English or Spanish.
HOW IT WORKS
You tell me about your business and share your logo and texts, or I help you write them. I send you a first version to review, we adjust it together and I launch it.
OPTIONAL MAINTENANCE
After launch I can take care of updates, backups and small changes for a monthly fee.
Send me a message before ordering so we can make sure the package fits your needs.
Respect third-party rights
Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

I build websites, online stores, web apps and AI automations for small businesses. As founder of By Lumos I have launched real products: an appointment platform with a 24/7 WhatsApp AI assistant and live video classes, a field-service app with e-invoicing, a wealth and tax platform (web + Android), an online store with its own admin panel, and corporate websites. I also do SEO, image design and editing, Stripe payments and Linux/Docker deployment. I work end to end and explain everything in plain language. Native Spanish, fluent English.

FAQ
Do I need to provide the texts and images?
It helps if you have them, but it is not required. I can write SEO-friendly texts for you and use quality stock images or edit your own photos.
Can I edit the website myself after delivery?
Yes. The Premium package includes easy content editing, and in any package I show you how to make simple changes. I can also handle updates for you with optional monthly maintenance.
