Do you need my password?
No. For Shopify, you send a collaborator or staff invite after you order (I'll send the steps), and you can remove it when we're done. Never send me your login.
Which package do I need?
If you know the few things that are broken, Quick Fix. If the store works but looks messy on phones, Store Refresh. If you need a new store, an Etsy shop, a simple website or a new branded look across everything, Full Build or Makeover. Not sure? Message me on Fiverr before ordering.
Can you build a store or website from nothing?
Yes, that is the Full Build or Makeover package. Platform fees, themes you choose to buy and domain costs are paid by you, in your own account.
Will you change my products or prices without asking?
No. I only change what we agree on, check each change live, and send a list of everything I changed.
