Your customer or mailing list has the same person three times, names in ALL CAPS, phone numbers in five formats, and emails that bounce? Send me the list you already own and get it back clean.

What I fix: duplicate contacts (matched by email, then phone, with missing fields filled in from the copies), name capitalization, extra spaces, phone formats, emails in lowercase, and badly formed emails flagged for you to check. Empty rows are removed. Nothing is deleted silently: you get a file of every merged or removed row plus a change log.

What you get: a clean CSV/XLSX, a removed rows file, and a change log.

Important: I only work with data you supply and have the right to use. I do not scrape, buy, build or add contacts, and I do not verify emails by sending to them. Your file is used only for your order and deleted after delivery.
