What file format do you need from me?
Microsoft Word (.docx) is preferred as it allows me to edit directly in your document. If you only have a PDF, I can provide a detailed correction list instead so you can make the changes yourself.
My reference list is incomplete — can you still help?
Yes. Send me what you have and I'll format everything that's there. Where information is missing — a DOI, a publication year, a volume number — I'll flag those entries clearly so you know exactly what to look up before submission.
How do I know if I need student or professional format?
