About this gig

I build mobile apps that work without an account and without a server: all data stays on the device in a SQLite database, with export and backup built in. That means no hosting costs for you and a simple privacy story ("Data Not Collected").

My process:

  1. Short written spec with all screens and data fields - you approve it before any code
  2. Foundation: data layer and core logic, covered by tests
  3. Main screens and the one flow that makes your app useful
  4. Export, backup, settings, Android build

After every stage you test on your phone. Nothing moves on without your go.

Stack: React 19, TypeScript (strict), Capacitor 8, Vite, Tailwind, SQLite, Vitest.

Examples of what I've built: an e-invoice viewer with basic checks for XRechnung/ZUGFeRD, a balcony solar yield and payback calculator, and a digital mileage log with an append-only change history.

Not a fit: apps that need a backend, user accounts, chat or real-time sync. Message me first and I'll say honestly whether your idea fits.

I'm Eduard, a production engineer (B.Eng.) from Germany who builds mobile apps with React, TypeScript and Capacitor. My own apps run fully on the device: no account, no cloud, SQLite storage, offline by default. I work in clear stages with a test checkpoint after each one, so you see progress early and decide before the next step. Recent builds: an e-invoice viewer (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD), a balcony-solar yield calculator and a digital mileage log. I speak English, German and Russian. Send me your idea or your website and I'll tell you honestly what fits your budget.
