Will it invent answers?
No. It can only reply with the texts you gave me. When a question is not covered, it hands the conversation to a human instead of guessing.
Do I need to pay a monthly fee?
Not to me. Your channel provider may charge for messages, and that account stays in your name.
Do you host it for me?
No. It runs in your own account, so your customer service never depends on my server.
Which languages can it answer in?
The ones your customers write in: 2 in Basic, 3 in Standard, 4 in Premium, and more with the One extra language option. You keep reading everything in your own language.
What if my prices change?
Send me the new list and I update it, or add the Monthly update extra and I keep your answers current during the first month.
I don't have a WhatsApp Business API account yet. Is that a problem?
Tell me before ordering. Meta's approval of a new number can take a few days and is outside my control. I deliver the assistant working on the test number Meta gives your account, and move it to your real number as soon as it is approved.
