What equipment do I need for the training program?
The program will be adapted to the equipment you have available — whether it’s a full gym, a home setup, or minimal gear. Just let me know in the initial interview.
Is this plan suitable for beginners or advanced athletes?
Yes. I create personalized plans for all levels, from complete beginners to high-level athletes. Your program will be based on your current fitness, goals, and experience.
How are the video assessments done and what are they for?
You’ll send me short videos of specific jumps (CMJ, SJ, DJ), and I’ll analyze key performance metrics. These metrics help me design a more accurate and effective training program based on your current physical qualities.
Can you help me prepare for a specific sport or competition?
Yes, especially with the Standard or Premium plans. Competition prep requires proper testing, ongoing adjustments, and detailed periodization, which these plans include. The Basic plan is great to start, but for events, a more complete program ensures better tracking and results.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
That’s not a problem. I’ll take that into account and create a safe and effective plan for your current condition. If needed, I can also provide regressions or alternative exercises.
