Which plans and access do I need?
The native integration requires an eligible Copper Professional or Business plan and suitable administrator access in both accounts. I confirm the current connector access before accepting the order.
Does two-way sync create new contacts in both apps?
Not necessarily. We test the supported creation and update behaviour in your setup. Two-way package scope refers to supported field updates, not unrestricted bidirectional record creation.
How many audiences are included?
One Mailchimp audience and one native integration configuration. Additional audiences, separate accounts or a custom connector require their own scope.
Will every custom field sync?
Only supported field types and agreed mappings. The packages cover three, five or eight mapped fields; unsupported or conflicting fields need a different approach.
