I connected my domain before and my email stopped working. Will that happen?
No. Mail flows through separate DNS records, and I preserve them when pointing your domain. Tell me in the requirements if you use email on this domain and I will verify mail is still flowing after the change.
My site is not loading yet after delivery. Why?
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach every network worldwide. I verify your site loads before delivering, so if your location still shows the old page, it is almost always propagation. Message me and I will confirm with a live check.
Do you need my passwords?
Delegated or admin access is recommended over passwords, and I will guide you through granting it. If you prefer, I can send you the exact records to paste in yourself and verify the result.
My domain is at GoDaddy, Namecheap, or another registrar. Is it supported?
Yes. Domain connection works from any registrar. Tell me where the domain is registered and where your DNS is managed, and I will handle the rest.
Can you also set up business email on my domain?
Yes, as a separate service with its own pricing. Message me with what you need and I will set it up alongside your domain connection.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers correcting records within the ordered domains and platforms. Adding a new domain or platform is new scope, covered by the additional domain extra or a custom offer.
