Klaviyo SMS or Postscript - which should I use?
If you're already on Klaviyo for email, Klaviyo SMS keeps everything in one place and makes coordination simple. Postscript has deeper SMS-specific features and is often better if SMS is your main channel. Tell me your setup and I'll recommend one - I build on both.
Is SMS marketing legal? I don't want to get fined.
It's legal when consent is collected correctly. That's why every setup I build includes compliant opt-in, proper opt-out language, quiet hours and frequency caps from day one. Getting this wrong means fines and carrier blocking, so I don't cut corners on it.
Can you send to a phone list I already have?
Only if those numbers gave proper consent to receive marketing texts. If they didn't, I'll help you build a compliant list instead. I won't blast a purchased or non-consented list - it puts your business at real legal risk.
Will SMS annoy my customers into unsubscribing?
Only if it's sent badly. Flows are triggered by what a customer actually did, so the message is relevant and timed. With frequency caps and quiet hours set properly, SMS typically sees higher engagement than email, not more churn.
Do you write the messages too?
Yes. Copy is included in every package. SMS is a hard format - 160 characters to earn a click - and it's included, not an extra.
