I will build a python automation for your business workflow

About this gig
That task your team does by hand every week collecting data, filling reports, moving things between tools, drafting the same emails? It's automatable. I build the pipeline that does it.
I run production automation for my own studio: a lead-research pipeline that discovers businesses via APIs, audits their websites, analyzes them with an LLM, and drafts personalized emails with a human-review gate so nothing goes out unchecked. I bring the same engineering to your workflow.
What I build:
- Data pipelines: fetch, process, report/notify (APIs, files, databases)
- AI/LLM integration: classify, summarize, extract, draft with structured outputs and review gates
- Report and notification automation (email, Telegram, Slack, CSV/Excel)
- API integrations between your existing tools
What you get: clean, tested Python code - README + setup guide - .env template (your keys stay yours) - handover so your team can actually run it. 7-day bugfix included in every package.
How I work: clear scope before you order, honest about what's automatable and what isn't, human-in-the-loop design where mistakes would be costly.
Not taking: bots that violate platform rules (auto-posting, mass messaging, s

FAQ
Can you automate my CRM, Shopify or Google Sheets?
If the platform has an official API or export, yes. I don't build bots that click around websites against their terms — those get your accounts banned. I'll tell you before you order which side your request falls on.
Will I be able to run and maintain it?
Yes: pinned dependencies, README with setup steps, a .env template for your keys, and a handover walkthrough in delivery. Premium includes scheduler setup so it runs itself.
What about AI API costs?
LLM usage runs on your own API key, so costs are transparent and yours to control. I design prompts and caching to keep them predictable, and I'll estimate the monthly cost before building.
Who owns the code?
You do, fully, on delivery.
My process is complicated — which package?
Message me first with the requirements answers; I'll scope it honestly, and if it's genuinely a custom job I'll send a custom offer instead of squeezing it into a package.
What does the Feasibility + PoC package include?
A short report on your process: what's automatable, the tool/API map, a build plan and a fixed-price quote, plus a mini proof-of-concept script on one step. You see real output before committing to a full build, and the fee counts toward the bigger package if we continue.
