• I look at various options to address the inefficiency
• I make a recommendation of the option which is going to be most effective and align with your principles

Recommendation Presentation

• I prepare a presentation with the inefficiencies, recommended solutions, and savings forecasts
• I present the recommendations to you to ensure that you fully understand everything, are happy that the recommendations align with your principles, and can ask any questions that you have

Pre-requisites

• I will need to speak to stakeholders throughout the process. Please ensure that they have time dedicated to this project.
• It is helpful to assign a point of contact who can help with basic questions and scheduling time with stakeholders.
