We at EFFIMIZE; provide Property Management Virtual Assistant services to several USA Based renowned companies at 1/3 of the usual cost based in Ohio, Indiana, California, New York, etc.
Currently, we are working with 6 different US-based property management companies and handling 1000 plus Units i.e. residential and commercial properties
Our Remote Team can help in managing day-to-day operations of property Maintenance which includes, Greet applicants, Open house schedules, leasing and onboarding new tenants, rent follow-up collection calls, Contractor and vendor Management, Work order billings, handling invoices, and other back-office administration tasks.
We do have extensive experience using CRMs i.e. Buildium, Appfolio, Rent Manager, etc, and Project Management tools like Basecamp, Trello, Google spreadsheets, etc.

We are a registered Private Call center based in Lahore, Pakistan under the PSEB License # CO5/PSEB/2018/2771 and currently, we are providing Call center services to 20 Plus US, UK, and Canadian companies. as of today, we have a workforce of 60 + agents working different shifts 24/7.
