About this gig
Stop paying people to do what Claude should automate.
Your CRM, inbox, and tools aren't talking to each other and it's costing you hours every day. I build n8n and Make.com workflows powered by Claude AI that connect your stack, reason over real data, and act with a human approval step before anything reaches your customers.
What I wire together:
- Connect your CRM, inbox, Sheets, and APIs into one automated pipeline no manual copy-paste
- Lead routing Claude reads prospect data and assigns priority
- Deploy Claude as the intelligence layer that classifies, drafts responses, and routes decisions
- Report generation pulls from multiple sources and delivers formatted outputs on schedule
- Install human approval gates before any AI output touches a contact
My process:
- You describe the manual task you want eliminated and your current tools
- I design the Claude integration and confirm it fits before writing a node
- I build, test, and deliver importable workflow file, error handling, Loom walkthrough, 2-week support
Out of scope: Ongoing maintenance is quoted separately.
Not sure your use case fits? Send me your tools and the task. I'll tell you directly.

FAQ
How do I know you actually understand Claude, not just standard automation platforms?
Yes, Claude is my primary tool. I work directly with the Claude API including tool use, structured JSON output, multi-turn context, prompt caching, and the Batch API for high-volume pipelines. I build Claude as the intelligence layer that reads input, reasons over it, and produces validated outputs
What happens if the workflow breaks after you deliver it?
Everything I build includes error handling, retry logic, and dead-letter captures so silent failures don't happen. If a node fails, the system catches it, logs the error, and alerts you rather than dropping the task. Beyond that, every delivery comes with a 2-week support window
Can you connect Claude to my existing CRM or business tool?
Yes, if it has an API or webhook. The tools I work with regularly include HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Gmail, ActiveCampaign, and most SaaS platforms with documented APIs. Before you order, send me your tool stack and I'll confirm compatibility.
How long does a typical build take from start to delivery?
Standard builds typically deliver in 3-5 business days from the point I have API access and a confirmed scope. Premium system builds (3+ workflows) run 7-10 business days. I won't start the clock until scope is confirmed and all credentials are in hand
What if Claude's AI outputs contain errors or hallucinations? How do you handle that?
Every Claude output in my builds goes through a validation layer before it does anything. For structured outputs I use JSON schema enforcement — Claude is prompted to return a specific format and the workflow rejects and retries if the output doesn't match.
Do I need to understand n8n or Make.com to work with you and run this afterward?
No technical knowledge required. You describe the task you want automated in plain language — I handle the architecture, the build, and the Claude integration. What you receive at the end is a working system you can trigger yourself, a Loom video walkthrough showing exactly how it operates.
I've already started building an automation. Can you take it over or improve it?
Yes, picking up an existing build is something I do regularly. I'll need collaborator access to your n8n or Make.com account and a brief on what's been built, what's working, and what needs fixing or extending. Send me that context before ordering and I'll tell you in writing
What does Claude API usage cost after delivery? Am I paying for that separately?
Claude API usage is billed directly to your Anthropic account — it's not included in my build fee. During scope review I'll give you a realistic estimate of your monthly API costs based on your expected workflow volume.
Can the same workflow handle multiple brands, clients, or team members?
es, multi-tenant architecture is something I design for from the start rather than retrofit later. If you need one workflow to handle multiple clients with separate data, separate approval routing, or separate output formatting, I build that structure into the initial design.
