I will stairs for victor design

The service includes:

1.) The design of the metal staircase contained in the pdf document "AMENDED - Architectural Plans". (Page 8)

2.) Use of American standards (screws, plates, sections, dimensions)

There will be 3 design phases:

Phase 1 Preparation of 3D model, sending to the customer to check and start the next phase of work (one-time change option can be requested) (of course, what I edited incorrectly is not included.)

Phase 2 Preparation of 2D production drawings, based on which the stair elements could be manufactured and assembled

Phase 3 (if necessary): Additional changes by the customer (25 USD/hr)

Based on the designer's definition, the following aspects must be taken into account:

1. The load-bearing structure should be in the middle of the stairs (central ridge metal stairs)

Questions to be clarified:

1. Will there be a covering on the stair treads? If so, how thick will it be?

2. Will the stair railing be made of glass?

Please send this information within 1-2 days of ordering, otherwise I will assume the following:

There will be glass railing and no cladding on the stairs.
