What types of documentary projects do you edit?
I work on documentaries, founder stories, NGO and impact films, travel documentaries, cultural projects, educational films, and branded documentary content.
What do I need to provide before we begin?
Please provide your footage, audio files, logos, graphics, music (if any), and any notes regarding your story, audience, or goals. The more context you share, the stronger the final edit will be.
Do I need a finished script or edit plan before ordering?
No. Many documentary projects begin with interviews, B-roll, and rough ideas rather than a finalized script. I can help shape the material into a clear and engaging story during the editing process.
My footage is unorganized. Can you still edit it?
Yes. Documentary footage is often captured over multiple days, locations, and interviews. I can organize and structure the material before editing. For larger projects, please contact me first so I can recommend the appropriate package.
How should I send my footage?
Google Drive, Dropbox, or any cloud storage link works for smaller projects. For larger projects, I recommend WeTransfer. If needed, I can help you organize and send footage in smaller batches.
What happens if I have more footage than the package allows?
No problem. Additional footage can be added through Gig Extras or a custom offer. If your footage significantly exceeds the package limits, please contact me first so I can recommend the most suitable workflow and package.
Can you help improve the story and pacing of my documentary?
Yes. My role goes beyond assembling clips. I focus on narrative structure, interview selection, pacing, emotional flow, and audience engagement to help create a compelling documentary.
