FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
WordPress admin login details (URL, username, password), plus hosting or cPanel access if the fix needs it. A description of the problem and a screenshot of the error helps. You can create a temporary admin account for me if you prefer.
Will the $25 package cover custom development or a complex job?
No. Basic package covers one straightforward issue. Customization, new features and multi-part work are quoted separately, so message me first and you will get a price before ordering.
Will I lose content or settings?
I only change what is needed to fix the problem, so your content stays as it is. If you want a restore point, then i can make a backup and it can be used to restore site.
Do you work with Elementor and Divi?
Yes. Fixing broken layouts and styling conflicts, setting up templates and the theme builder, and building loops and dynamic content with custom fields.
Can you fix it if I don't know what caused it?
Yes, diagnosis is part of the work. Tell me what you see on screen and when it started and send the logins and I will take it from there.
What if the issue comes back?
Message me with what you are seeing and I will take a look. If the same fault returns within 5 days, I will fix it at no extra charge. Ongoing maintenance is also available, tell me what cover you want and I will include it in the quote.
Can you convert my site to WordPress?
Yes. Moving from Wix, Squarespace, lovable or a custom CMS means rebuilding the site in WordPress and moving the content across, so it is quoted as a project rather than a fix. Send me the current site and I will scope it.
