FAQ
What information do you need to fix my bug?
Ideally: your error message or stack trace, a short description of what's happening versus what should happen, and your Flutter/Dart code (shared via GitHub or ZIP). A screen recording of the bug is a bonus but not required. The more context you give me, the faster I can fix it.
How do I share my code with you?
GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or a ZIP file uploaded through Fiverr. I'll never ask for your login credentials — a repository invite or a ZIP of the relevant files is all I need.
What if you can't fix the bug?
Message me before ordering and describe the issue. I'll tell you honestly whether it's something I can fix. I don't take orders I can't complete that wastes your time and mine.
How long does it usually take?
Most single bugs are fixed within a few hours of receiving your code. The delivery deadline is a worst-case — in practice I'm usually faster. Complex issues affecting multiple parts of the app take longer, which is why the Premium package has a 4-day window.
Will you explain what caused the bug?
Yes, always. Every fix comes with a plain-English explanation of what was wrong and what I changed. You'll understand your own code better after working with me, not less.
Can you fix bugs in any Flutter version?
Yes. I work with Flutter 2.x, 3.x, and the latest stable releases. If your project uses an older Flutter version with specific compatibility issues, just mention it when you message me.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
If the same bug reappears due to my fix, I'll sort it out at no extra charge. Just message me directly and I'll take another look.
