Live appointment bot: checks your Google Calendar in real time and books the confirmed slot straight into it. Chat widget, embeddable on your site or shareable as a link. Tested against 5 real scenarios (double-booking attempt, closed hours, ambiguous date, urgent request, calendar conflict).
Premium - $450
Everything in Standard, plus a Telegram alert to you when a request needs a human, a 20-minute Loom walkthrough so you can edit hours and services yourself, and 21 days of free bug fixes counted from delivery (first response within 1 business day, third-party outages excluded).
Multi-channel setup (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) is quoted separately. Meta verification takes 2-5 weeks. Telegram is included free, no verification needed.

I build the booking system behind a business, not just a chat window. A bot that reads your real calendar, proposes an actual free slot, and creates the event when the client confirms. No fake availability, no double booking.
Working build: a chat widget embedded on your site or shared as a link, Google Calendar underneath, an LLM handling the conversation, Telegram alerting me when something needs a human.
What I don't do: FAQ bots with no calendar behind them.

Do you have reviews?
Not yet. No Fiverr orders, no paying clients for this system so far. I built 22 filmed prospecting demos for Belgian trades businesses; none are client deployments. I can send you one.
What if I'm not a trade business?
The bot works for any appointment-based business. I configure the flow, you're best placed to check the wording fits your industry.
Does this run on WhatsApp?
Not by default. The chatbot is a chat widget you embed on your site or share as a direct link. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM can be added, but need Meta business verification (2-5 weeks, outside my control), quoted separately. Telegram is a free alternative, no verification needed.
Can it modify or cancel an existing booking?
Not yet, that's on my roadmap. Right now it checks availability and creates the booking. Changes go through you directly.
Do I need to install anything for the urgent alert?
Just Telegram, free, 2 minutes: open the app, message the bot I give you, done. I walk you through it in the Loom video.
What does the 21-day guarantee cover?
Any bug reproducible in what I delivered gets fixed free, first response within 1 business day. New features or outages from Meta, Google or other third parties aren't covered.
How long does setup take?
Starts counting once I have your Google Calendar access and 5 example client conversations. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days.
