Do I need a paid Klavioy account?
No, but a free tier has limits (500 contacts, limited SMS). If you expect growth, Standard or paid Klavioy is worth it. I'll work with what you have.
Can you sync my existing email list?
Yes. I'll integrate Shopify + Klavioy and sync historical data. List cleaning (removing unengaged, invalid emails) is separate.
What if I already have some flows set up?
This gig builds flows from scratch. If you want to optimize existing flows, that's a custom request; message me first.
Will this guarantee higher revenue?
Automation improves retention when set up well, but results depend on product, traffic quality, and email frequency. I'll recommend best practices, but I can't guarantee revenue targets.
Do you include SMS copywriting?
Standard & Premium include SMS sequences with copy. Basic includes setup only (you provide SMS text, or I template it).
What happens after delivery?
I send you final flows, documentation, and recommendations for next steps (A/B testing, timing optimization, etc.). I don't provide ongoing management unless custom-ordered.
How long until I see results?
Flows go live after delivery. Revenue impact typically shows within 2–4 weeks as sequences run.
