What do you need from me to start?
HostGator cPanel login, Hostinger login, and domain/DNS access (or Cloudflare). If possible, send the main domain and any subdomains.
Will my website have downtime?
I aim for minimal downtime. I migrate and test on Hostinger first, then we switch DNS when everything is ready.
What’s included in the migration?
Files transfer + 1 database import per site, basic config fix (DB connection), and basic QA (homepage + key pages) + SSL enable after DNS.
What if my site has issues after migration?
I provide post-migration support to fix migration-related issues (missing files, DB import/config, SSL). Major code bugs or redesign are not included.
Do you migrate emails too?
Email migration is not included by default. If you need mailbox migration (IMAP), please order the Email Migration extra.
Do you support non-WordPress/custom PHP sites?
Yes. I can migrate WordPress and custom PHP/MySQL sites. If your site requires special server modules or very old PHP, I’ll tell you before changes.
