Why do I receive two files (Web & Mobile) for one design?
Desktop screens are horizontal, while mobile screens are vertical. If you use one image for both, Shopify often crops out your text or hides your product. I re-compose the layout for both formats so your message is clear and your "Shop Now" button is always visible on every device.
Do you provide the text/copywriting for the hero image?
No, I do not provide copywriting. You must provide the exact headline and subtext you want on the banner. I focus on the visual hierarchy and typography to make that text pop and drive clicks.
What is "Bilingual Edition: Arabic RTL Mirroring"?
Arabic is read from right to left. Most designers just swap the text, which looks "broken." I perform a Full RTL Mirroring, flipping the product, the text, and the button so the layout flows naturally for Arabic speakers.
Do you provide the product photos?
Please provide high-resolution photos of your products. If you don't have them, I can use professional, royalty-free stock images that match your brand's niche and "vibe."
What file formats will I receive?
