I clean one worksheet or CSV using rules you approve. I use AI-assisted tools and check record counts, IDs and changes before delivery.
Included:
- Standardize spaces and agreed date formats.
- Preserve text IDs and leading zeros.
- Remove exact duplicates only under your agreed rules.
- Flag conflicting IDs, invalid email formats and missing values.
You receive unchanged originals, the cleaned file and a clear change log. Uncertain values are flagged for your decision.
Scope: up to 100 data rows (one row = one item), 10 columns, one worksheet or CSV. Values only. Delivery: two days after all requirements are supplied. One revision covers corrections within the agreed rules.
Macros, complex formulas, extra sheets, PDF extraction and live integrations are outside this package. Email checks cover format, not deliverability. My portfolio sample uses synthetic data.
