Google Sheets, Airtable, QuickBooks, Xero, and Gmail/Outlook by default. If you use something else (Wave, FreshBooks, a custom CRM), message me the name before ordering and I'll confirm it's possible.
Is my financial data safe with you?
Yes. I never ask for banking passwords. Integrations use official APIs or secure app connections, credentials are never stored in the workflow itself, and I'm happy to sign an NDA on request.
Do I need to already be using n8n, Zapier, or Make?
No. I'll recommend and set up the right platform for your budget and needs — you don't need any technical background to use the final system.
My invoices come in different formats (PDF, photos, forwarded emails) — can you still automate this?
Yes. AI extraction handles PDFs, scanned images, and email attachments. Send me 2–3 real examples before ordering so I can confirm accuracy for your specific documents.
