I will design an advanced and complex multilayers PCB Layout for you using KiCad.
I am a professional electronic engineer with expertise in circuit design, simulation, firmware development, and embedded systems. I have successfully built several exclusive PCBs, from plain single-sided boards with only a few components to 8-layer RF-boards with over 400 components.
- Component Selection: I will choose components that are sustainable, avoid stock issues, and suggest alternatives if needed, taking supply chain constraints into account.
- PCB Layout Design: I will design the PCB Layout maintaining RF rules, standards, and based on your preferred manufacturer's requirements to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. I will take engineering factors into consideration and ensure compliance with the IPC,IEC & CEN.
- Manufacturing Assistance: I will assist you manufacture the board f needed.
- Deliverable Files: I will provide the necessary files such as,
- Source files
- GERBER Files
- BOM list
- PNP/ XY Loc File
- Rendered 3D Images of the circuit
- PCB Layout (PDF)
- 3D STEP & WRL file
- DFM & DRC TEST Result
