Welcome everyone to my professional Book Editing gig!
My name is Elena, and I am passionate about helping writers move their story from their minds to a perfect physical book. I have eight years of writing experience, four years of book editing experience and have loved every moment of it.
I work personally with you to ensure your story is being brought to life by highlighting your talents while tidying up the story, characters and grammar in the process.
NOTE: I do not work with anyone who has used generative AI to write their novel in any capacity.
I specialise in editing any genre and of any style, whether it be a short story, novella or novel.
I focus on:
- Plot;
- Characters;
- Structure;
- Grammar, punctuation and spelling;
- Dialogue and syntax; and
- Tension and conflict.
Throughout your document I will be using Track Changes on Microsoft Word to make my edits, while also leaving comments throughout on where I believe could be improved, or feedback on what I think really works.
