As a certified life coach with a B.A. in Psychology, I specialize in personal growth and self-discovery, with a spiritual approach.
Alongside my formal education, I come from 13 years of personal experience in my own healing journey, navigating my own challenges and a profound spiritual awakening that started 3 years ago.
Since then, I felt the call to use my education and intuitive guidance to support others in need on their path.

What is your background?
I have a B.A. in Psychology that I studied in Italy, an official Diploma in Life Coaching that I studied in Spain, and a Diploma in CBT also studied in Spain. From 2025, I'll become also a Trauma-Informed Coach. Fun fact: I also studied an M.A. in Fashion Management and worked in the field :)
What if I want to schedule more sessions?
This isn't a problem. You can message me privately, and we can arrange a longer coaching arrangement that is tailored to your needs.
Where is the session held?
The coaching session is held on Google Meet, but if you do not feel comfortable on camera we can make it written, on e-mail, or I can provide a PDF so a written coaching session.
Is my privacy safe?
I am 100% compromised in maintaining all of your details safe and protected. I adhere to the ICF code of conduct, which means that your privacy is a priority for me. I also bring a nonjudgemental approach, so all of you are welcome here :)
