FreeIPA (Red Hat IdM) offers an excellent Identity management solution for Linux and Unix endpoints as well as good integration with Ispislon/Keycloak for offering SSO on your webservices.

Please note that Windows clients can't join a FreeIPA domain at this time, I can offer other solutions like Zentyal or Samba AD/DC for that purpose, please don't hesitate to reach out to me before ordering so we can discuss your specific needs and requirements and create a tailored plan for you.
