I will provide great quality design catered to your needs starting from the layout, design, presentation board, and 3D modeling and rendering. I can also help you render based on the data/design you already have.

I will work based on the data you provided:

• 3D models (.skp)
• 2D drawing, floor plan & elevation with measurement (.dwg, .pdf, etc)
• For some requirements or preferences you want in your kid's bedroom, you can share images as well
• Other references from my clients because some of the clients have their own ideas and choices.

We will discuss your project so that I can understand exactly what you expect. Then I will give you the most reasonable price and delivery time.
