After graduating from medical school, I matched at the largest general surgery categorical residency program in the US, completed postdoctoral research fellowships at Harvard and NYU, and matched in plastic surgery clinical fellowship at Harvard. I received 13-15 interviews at each of these milestones and matched in my top choices.

I have been part of recruitment panels for residency and fellowship, and have reviewed hundreds of applications and interviewed dozens of applicants over the past 10 years. I have coached US grads and IMGs in overcoming unique challenges in their application, with personalized strategies on how to handle delicate questions such as low USMLE scores, CV gap periods, visa status, and/or lack of US clinical or research experience.
