Be careful about providers of similar services who are not attorneys as usually attorneys are entitled to legally represent their clients. Some companies may refuse to deal with legal representatives who are not licensed attorneys. Upon your request, I will provide you with information necessary to verify my attorney credentials.

After sending the legal letter, I may, in my sole discretion, send up to 4 reminders to the relevant company. Please note that the fee will not be refunded if the company does not reply or if the company does not reinstate the account. The letter will normally be sent by email. In some cases, I may send the letter by post.
