FAQ
Do I need to install anything before we start?
Yes, please install AnyDesk or TeamViewer on your PC/Laptop so I can connect remotely. Also, ensure you have administrative credentials for your Windows system and router (if router setup is required).
How do we connect if my internet or network is not working properly?
Your PC must have an active internet connection (for example, via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB tethering from your mobile phone) so I can connect via AnyDesk/TeamViewer to configure your local network and devices.
Can you set up network printing for multiple computers or over RDP?
Yes! I can configure network printing and scanning for multiple PCs in your office, as well as set up remote printing over Remote Desktop (RDP) sessions.
What if my issue cannot be solved remotely?
Most network, router, and printer software issues can be resolved remotely. However, if the issue is purely physical (e.g., broken cable, damaged hardware), I will diagnose the exact cause and explain what physical action or hardware replacement is needed.
