I will build a custom client portal for requests and status tracking

About this gig
Give clients one place to submit requests and see progress, while your team manages the work.
I will design and build a responsive client portal in Next.js with a database and role-based access. Initial discovery, a screen map and acceptance checks are included.
YOUR PORTAL:
- Up to 7 screens in English OR Hebrew
- Client and admin roles; clients see only their own requests
- 1 request type, up to 10 fields and 5 statuses
- 1 attachment per request, up to 10 MB
- Basic search and filters
- 2 email notifications: new request and status change
- Deployment to your hosting account, source code, operating guide and a 60-minute handover
Includes 2 consolidated revision rounds and 30 days of bug fixes for the agreed scope. Delivery: 45 days after complete requirements.
My portfolio includes an anonymized partner portal developed in a salaried role; the package above defines this service.
Hosting, licences, payments, chat, e-signatures, external integrations, data migration, mobile apps and additional languages are excluded.
Message me with your workflow, user roles and examples before ordering.

FAQ
Is this a full CRM or an unlimited development service?
No. This package is a focused client-request portal with up to 7 screens, 2 roles and one request type. CRM integrations, billing, chat, migration and additional modules require separate scoping.
What must I provide?
Your workflow, logo and approved content, fields and statuses, sample data, hosting and database accounts, and one contact for feedback. I confirm technical fit before ordering.
Will clients see each other's information?
The agreed access model separates client requests so each client can view their own records. The admin can manage all requests. Role and access checks are part of the delivery tests.
Are hosting and paid services included?
No. Hosting, database, file storage and email service charges are paid by you. I deploy to the agreed accounts you own and provide operating instructions.
What does the support period cover?
For 30 days after delivery, I correct reproducible bugs against the agreed scope. New features, third-party outages or changes, ongoing monitoring and new requirements are excluded.
Who owns the code?
You receive the source code for the delivered work and operating instructions, subject to applicable third-party component licences. Deployment is to the agreed accounts you own.
