What do you need from me?
Recent pay stubs, bank statements, your latest tax return, a list of debts and assets, and your monthly expenses. I send the full checklist after you order.
Do you file the case for me?
No. I prepare the Chapter 13 documents only. You or your attorney review, sign and file them with the court.
Can you prepare the means test?
Yes. I complete Form 122C-1 and 122C-2 using the income and expense figures you provide.
Do you write the repayment plan?
I prepare the Chapter 13 repayment plan document using your numbers and the terms you or your attorney give me. I don’t decide plan terms or give strategy advice.
Will my case be approved?
