For the Basic and Standard packages, you will provide the text copy, and I will focus on formatting, design, and graphics. If you need complete original writing, please select the Premium package or message me for a custom quote.
Do I need to give you my Substack login password?
No password sharing is necessary! You can simply add me as a "Contributor" or "Admin" under your Substack team settings using my email address. This keeps your account 100% secure.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your newsletter name or ideas, niche, target audience, logo or brand colors if you have them, and examples of newsletters you like.
Do I need an existing account?
It helps. Create a free account and invite me as a contributor or admin, or I can prepare all the assets and written content for you to upload.
Can you design my welcome email and email campaigns?
Yes. I write and format your welcome email, onboarding series and launch announcement so every email looks consistent and on-brand.
Will you write my newsletter content?
I set up the structure, templates and starter emails. Full ongoing article writing isn’t included unless you add it as an extra.
Can you set up paid subscriptions?
Yes. I can set up your pricing tiers, paywall settings and a subscribe page that encourages upgrades. Payout setup needs your own details, which stay with you.
