Can you pose as my customer?
No. Per FTC guidelines and Fiverr TOS, I am not allowed to pose as a customer but let's see if we can modify the script to speak on behalf of your brand. Message me and we will see if we can make it work.
What is your revision policy?
I offer one free revision for errors like pronunciation or script mistakes. Revisions cover small edits (e.g., cropping or jump cuts) but exclude opinion-based changes on tone, pace, or wardrobe. Adding new requests after delivery requires a re-shoot fee, so please provide all info upfront.
Can you include my product on camera?
Sure! That's considered UGC and I am happy to do that.
Can you apply my logo on screen?
Sure! I can add a variety of overlay graphics and elements. Simply message me with your request.
Can your wardrobe match/complement my company colors?
