I work primarily with client-supplied GLB/GLTF 3D assets. If your model needs simple preparation or optimization for web use, you can add the 3D Asset Prep extra.

Do I need to provide a 3D model?
Yes, ideally a web-ready GLB or GLTF model. Simple preparation or optimization of a client-supplied asset can be added through the 3D Asset Prep extra.
Can you create a 3D model from product images?
Simple AI-assisted asset creation may be possible depending on the product, but precise CAD, engineering models, or complex high-detail 3D reconstruction are not included by default. Please contact me first.
What can customers customize in the 3D product?
Depending on the package, customers can switch colors or materials and use interactive product controls. More complex part switching, dependent options, pricing logic, or product rules require a custom scope.
Is exploded view included?
Exploded view is available as an Extra when the supplied 3D asset contains meaningful separable parts. Complex segmentation or reconstruction may require a custom quote.
Will the configurator work on mobile?
Yes. The delivered experience will be responsive for desktop and mobile. Final 3D performance can vary depending on the supplied asset size, complexity, device, and browser.
