I'm Ellis, I live in Shenzhen and work in both languages. Most clients start with one small thing - a call, a price check, a message that has to sound right - and then keep coming back.

What I actually do

- Call Chinese companies, suppliers, hotels and service providers for you

- Message suppliers on WeChat and chase the reply that never comes

- Check prices, MOQ, lead times and stock, and tell you what's real

- Book things: restaurants, hotels, tickets, appointments

- Read the Chinese pages you can't read and summarise what matters

- Follow up until it's actually done, not just until I've sent the message

How I work

You tell me the outcome you need, not the steps. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a one-hour job or a week - before you pay.

If a task turns out bigger than the package, I'll stop and tell you rather than quietly go over budget.

Not my scope

Anything that needs me physically far from Shenzhen, and anything that would need me to pretend to be someone I'm not.
