Do I need my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key?
Yes. You need your own API key or provider account so the app runs under your billing and usage. I do not provide paid API credits.
Can you use OpenRouter?
Yes. I can connect the app to OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter where agreed before the order starts.
Does this include chat history?
Chat history is not included in Basic. It is included in Standard and Premium, usually using Supabase to save conversations.
Can you build a chatbot for my business?
Yes, if the scope is clear. Basic covers a clean AI chat interface. Standard and Premium add features like auth, chat history, config panels, and admin views.
Can you build a RAG chatbot with documents?
Not in the base packages. Document upload, embeddings, vector search, citations, and RAG pipelines need a custom quote because the scope is much larger.
Do you offer fine-tuning?
Not in the base packages. Most chatbot behaviour can be handled with better system prompts, examples, or a knowledge-base setup. True model fine-tuning requires a separate custom quote.
Can you deploy the app?
Basic Vercel deployment can be added as an extra. Domain DNS, email hosting, custom servers, and complex deployment issues are not included.
Will the chatbot be production ready?
This gig focuses on working prototypes and MVPs. Production use may require extra work for security, rate limits, logging, abuse prevention, testing, and scaling.
Can you connect it to my existing website?
Sometimes. If you want integration into an existing app or website, message me first so I can check the stack and scope.
What is not included?
This gig does not include custom model training, complex RAG, voice agents, scraping, payment systems, enterprise security, or large multi-user SaaS features.
