We provide certified business valuations for M&A transactions, SBA loan approvals, tribunal and shareholder cases, internal transfers, and strategic decision-making. Each valuation is independent, defensible, and purpose-driven.
Are your valuation reports accepted by banks and the SBA?
Yes. Our reports are structured to meet bank underwriting and SBA requirements, and are regularly used for SBA 7(a) loan approval processes.
Can your valuation be used for legal or tribunal cases?
Yes. Our valuations are prepared using recognized methodologies and professional standards, making them suitable for tribunal, litigation, and dispute-related matters.
Which valuation methods do you use?
We primarily use Discounted Cash Flow (DCF – Income Approach) and Market approaches using EBITDA and SDE multiples. Additional methods may be applied depending on the industry, business model, and valuation purpose.
Do you build a financial model as part of the valuation?
Yes. Every engagement includes a structured financial model with normalized financials, assumptions, and scenario analysis where relevant.
