About this Gig
This service involves formulating electrolytes, mental focus and energy booster products. These are formulated in powder, drink and other forms which client may require. Hydration products target use situations such as general use, workout, sports, hiking, and other strenous situations which cause dehydration.
The created formulation is production-ready for use by client in own production facility, or for use in copacker facility.
The created formulation contains master formula, SOP style production steps, finished product criteria for release and end of shelf-life, supplement facts panel, shelf life criteria. and other deliverables which are unique to a particular project.
Formulation is done using these packages:
BASIC: Targets early-stage product development. Designed for stage involving translating ideas and concepts into reproducible products
STANDARD: Targets clients ready to begin small-scale production. Focuses on batch consistency and manufacturing readiness
PREMIUM: Targets brands preparing for retail shelf placement. These products are commercial manufacturing with a focus on retail space compliance and long-term stability

What are the deliverables?
Typical deliverables include: master formula, SOP style production steps, nutrition facts panel, supplement facts panel, ingredient specification, finished product acceptance criteria at release and end of shelf-life, food safety plan, formula review.
How many revisions and support do you offer?
Unlimited
Is recipe test done?
Recipe test is done. Cost of ingredients for recipe test depends on type of product formulated. Ingredients and materials are costed at their prevailing market prices.
How many flavors will be done for my product?
The packages have default 1 flavor. Clients can customize orders by adding additional flavors by using Gig extra option when starting the order, or at any time when order is already in progress
Do you sign Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) / Confidentiality Agreement?
Yes. Client prepares and avails NDA for signing.
What is the process/approach?
I use systematic and industry standard methodology to ensure that formula is scalable, manufacturable, and compliant. The process comprises the following major phases: 1. Discussions to get requirements about the project 2. Iterative Production Development 3. Handover of Formulation
Can we have call discussion?
Yes. Timing for calls is Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm for UTC/GMT +3 hours. Due to time zone differences, calls can also be arranged outside the indicated time duration if there is need.
What is expected of me?
Client should provide adequate information about the work to be done. This can be provided in either of 3 ways: (1) during call or inbox discussions, (2) as project brief document, or (3) by answering the questions which are presented in Requirements Section when starting an order.
