What are the deliverables?
Typical deliverables include: master formula, SOP style production steps, nutrition facts panel, supplement facts panel, ingredient specification, finished product acceptance criteria at release and end of shelf-life, food safety plan, formula review.
How many revisions?
Basic 5; Standard 8; Premium 10. More than 95% of past projects (700) have been completed within 4 revisions.
Is recipe test done?
Recipe test is done. Cost of ingredients for recipe test depends on type of product formulated. Ingredients and materials are costed at their prevailing market prices.
How many flavors?
1; Additional flavor variations can be selected using Gig Extra function or by creating Custom offer
Do you create Nutrition Facts Panel?
Yes. Premium Package comes with 1 default nutrition or supplement facts panel. Client can customize orders by adding Nutrition or Supplement Facts Panels using Gig Extra option when starting the order, or at any time when order is already in progress
Do you sign Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) / Confidentiality Agreement?
Yes. Client prepares and avails NDA for signing.
What is the process/approach?
I use systematic and industry standard methodology to ensure that formula is scalable, manufacturable, and compliant. The process comprises the following major phases: 1. Discussions to get requirements about the project 2. Iterative Production Development 3. Handover of Formulation
Can we have call discussion?
Yes. Timing for calls is Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm for UTC/GMT +3 hours. Due to time zone differences, calls can also be arranged outside the indicated time duration if there is need.
