Hello. I have been fortunate enough to tap into ecosystems of world class athletes across sports. I'll share their tips.

Nutrition and bodybuilding info is included in any package. I was a bodybuilder over 10 years ago.

I can coach you in MMA, one on one in a video or phone call. The price is generally $10 per hour but Fiverr taxes are pretty high so initial order is $15 + $10/hr. We can negotiate!

I've tended to stick to an art for 2 years before moving on. I began with 4 years of striking (boxing and kickboxing) and 4 years of grappling (folkstyle wrestling and BJJ) before combining them into MMA for 2 years. My coaches were at a really high level, so I like to give their textbook perspective on things as well as my own take on context. I also attended US Army combatives training and was a licensed bodyguard for a number of years and I can give insight from that perspective.

Same day is sometimes available - just check in with me first. Additional Session means either an extra hour or another session the next day or a day later in the week.
