FAQ
Do you work with my printer's dieline?
Yes. Send the dieline or template your printer provided and I'll build the artwork directly onto it.
What files do I receive?
Print-ready PDF, plus editable source files (AI format) from Standard and above. Everything at 300 DPI in CMYK.
Can you handle the Arabic ingredient and nutrition text?
Yes. Send me the content and I'll typeset it correctly, including right-to-left alignment and the placement GCC retailers expect. I don't write or translate the legal wording for you, but I'll lay out what you provide.
I have several products in one range. Can you do all of them?
Yes, and that's usually cheaper than ordering separately. Premium covers up to 6 SKUs, and additional SKUs can be added as an extra. A consistent range is also the whole point of good packaging.
How many revisions do I get?
Two on Basic, four on Standard, six on Premium. In practice most projects need fewer if you send clear reference material up front.
